Normally Olesen Data provides
our services to the customer in collaboration with
an existing MBS partner. In this way both Olesen
Data and the partner can focus completely on their
individual strengths.
As the chief architect behind Axapta’s SCM and MRP
solutions I add unique, specialized knowledge to the
partner’s project. For both customer and partner it
makes sense to rely on an expert when fine-tuning
the company’s central engine.
Olesen Data does not have the capacity to handle
normal support. However, if an customer has critical
problems with an Axapta installation, for example
during year-end close, I might be able to solve
their problems quickly because of my insight into
the Axapta logic.
There are several ways to collaborate with Olesen
Data. Partners may request Olesen Data to do a
Solution Review at the
customer site, or the
partner and Olesen Data may enter a close
collaboration with the aim of jointly providing the
best solution for the customer.
Olesen Data also enters collaborations on
development projects. In such projects the role of
Olesen Data might be that of sub-contractor or
project manager. There are countless options.
